A journey of longing of Arab and Jewish creators for what was and is no more and those who were and are missing. Four stories on longing for what used to be meet those longing for the future.
The story of the grandson who meets his grandfather who left the village of Biram in 1948 intertwining with the mother who immigrated from Cairo and dreams of returning and being buried there.
The story of the daughter who returned to Vienna following her father who ran away and immigrated to Israel ,intertwined with the story of the actress who meets her uncle who chose to stay in Ein Hod and work as a wage earner on his land.
All of them together meet the character ‘Telenovela’, a fictional character who longs for a better future for all of them.
